Is there a free trial available?

There is no free trial as our services do not include a retainer or subscription fee. The use of our services comes with rates of exchange and transaction fees where applicable.

Can I change my plan later?

Your pre-agreed rates can be negotiated based on volumes and market conditions. We do not offer plans that you are fixed to for subscription based fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel our services any time by contacting us as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Can I trade any time?

You can trade any time although certain factors may determine the speed of settlement between digital assets and fiat currencies, such as the time of day, weekends and public holidays where payment networks may operate with fixed hours.

How do fees work?

All our fees are transparent as part of each trade and fiat settlement. We price in any fees alongside our best market rates to ensure we provide the most cost effective settlements for our customers.
